From first contact through clean up of that last pan, The Seed Chef is here to create a seamless, exciting experience for you and your guests.

The Process:

The journey starts with an email or phone call with some basic event details. We will be in touch within 48-72 hours to talk more about your event and our availability.

Once a date is agreed on, we’ll have an in-home consultation to talk about the menu and event timelines.

We’ll ask questions like:

• What are you looking for? Tell me about the guest of honor?

• What’s the time frame? When do you want to start first course?

• Gas or electric stove? How many burners? What style oven? How much counter space?

• What do you have for dishes/dinnerware, glassware?

• How many people? Are there food allergies?

• Seated dinner? Do you want table service?

There are no wrong answers! The more info we have, the better we can customize your event to be as fun and fabulous as it should be.

The Day Of:

On the day of, we’ll arrive at the agreed-upon start time with as much prep work done as possible ready to go. We’ll bring whatever pans/dishes we need to supplement your existing kitchen accessories. We can help with decor and meet your guests at the door and invite them in for a drink. We’ll keep track of the time, and the courses. We’ll clear plates, load the dishwasher and leave nary a crumb behind.

In short, it may be your party but we’ll make sure YOU have the time to enjoy it too.

Pricing begins at $750 and includes consultation, menu creation, ingredient shopping, day of prep + set up, meal service and clean up. $500 non-refundable retainer required to reserve your date.
