About The Seed Chef

Keith, The Seed Chef

With almost two decades of experience throughout the Seacoast at such eateries as Blue Moon Evolution, Surf Sushi, and Ristorante Molise, Chef Keith Wilson’s kitchen background is diverse and expansive. In 2022 he participated in NH’s Steel Chef Challenge to support the NH Food Banks.

He has always believed where food comes from is equally as important as how it’s prepared. His life and work reflect a dedication to local organic food, sustainable sourcing, and respect for nature itself.

An avid forager, currently running the kitchen at Dunk’s Mushrooms — a working Mushroom Farm, in Brentwood, NH — Chef Keith’s passion for growing and producing food from the source couldn’t be more evident. His Four-Course Mushroom Dinners in conjunction with Dunk’s Mushrooms have been a smashing success.

One of Chef Keith’s driving thoughts is “we only have this one planet.” He works hard to connect people to the fact that “we’re animals who live on this planet with all the other animals.”

Amber, Operations Manager

From Small Business life to loving wife, Amber is Keith’s partner in all things.

With a varied and versatile background in customer service, restaurant front and back of house, and now as an organic farmer at Stout Oak Farm, Amber’s skill set is only outmatched by her warm and inviting personality.

She’s integral to The Seed Chef. Most likely you’ll chat with her to schedule your consultations and confirm your event dates. She’s ready to help with your tablescape, greet your guests, plate and serve your custom dishes and overall elevate your at-home event to 5-Star Excellence.

Keith and Amber reside in Seacoast, NH with their 4 children, 2 dogs, one cat, and an enormous homesteading garden.
